TERMS & CONDITIONS 

A program is considered to be CONFIRMED only if and when: 

      Full detail of the program is accepted - including daily rates, number of nights and entry and exit points; 

      All particulars are submitted to us - such as passport details, different forms required for a given category of visit;    

      Full payment is remitted in the bank account of the Bhutan National Bank.

CANCELLATION OF PROGRAME

We can accept cancellation of programs. However, tour programs booked and subsequently cancelled shall be subject to Cancellation Charges as follows: 

a.   Within 30 days of start of tour program      -      No Charge
b.   Within 21 days      -      10% of costs
c.   Within 14 days      -      15% of costs
d.   Within 7 days      -      30% of costs
e.   Less than 7 days      -      50% of costs
f.    After arrival in Bhutan      -      100% of costs 

CANCELLATION OF DRUK AIR RESERVATION

By prior arrangement with us, we can arrange for the purchase and delivery of your air ticket for travel on Druk Air. Druk Air will issue tickets only once the Visa is cleared for your travel to Bhutan. 

In the event you require to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation charges will apply: 

1.   Bangkok      THB 500.00
2.   Katmandu      NER 500.00
3.      Calcutta/New Delhi   INR 300.00
4.   Paro     Nu 200.00 

No Show: There will be rebooking charges for No Show of Nu.500.00
